Been a while since I've been on. Between finals, watching my cousin's house, writing, drawing, carving, and all these little side projects I've been working on I just haven't had much time for dA. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the season. Once things start settling down and I have more time I look forward to hearing from all of you. I've been a member for almost two years now and have had the priviledge to meet so many amazing people. Some of the greatest people I have ever known. I can't thank you all enough.

Have been busy and away for a bit. Have to get around to updating my friday features. When I find the time I'll be featuring multiple people to make up for the missed weeks.

So how has everyone else been doing? Anything new? Hope everyone has been well and healthy. Sorry for the lack or response and commenting. Between school and everything going on around here I just haven't had time.

On a side note:
I submitted a poem into the Scripts for Flicks contest a while back called The Dance Of The Moth. And can be found here [link] . I ended up being the runner up in the contest which was pretty cool. Well I logged in today to find that someone actually chose my poem to turn into a film. Must say I am quite pleased with their interpretation of it. It really came out wonderful. So I am featuring it here. I hope everyone will go and take a look at it.

Theres a painting on your wall
of two big waterfalls
that flow into each other like us
One of them is subtle
and the other one is fighting
with a wind to catch up

The water touches color
and the light begins to cover
up the dark in us
And the waterfall reflects on me
the one true thing I see in you

Theres an apple from your apple tree
in your backyard that fell so far like us
It stands out from the rest cause
it's the brightest shade of red
like our love once was

We watched it fight with gravity
and listened to it fall into
a bed of leaves

There's the neighbor kid who's sitting by the street

He stood for hours selling smiles around
